Biscuit bakery Since 1906, Dacquois have been ritually picking up their box of Cazelle madeleines in a splendid old-fashioned store that looks as much like an apothecary's dispensary as a cookie factory. The original recipe is still held by the Cazelle family, who are the only ones able to carry out the necessary manipulations, every day between 4:30 and 7:30 a.m., on vintage machines.
