Gault&Millau's review

Brewer Founded in 2012 by two brothers, Gilles and Stéphane, this house produces both beers and sodas. Conceived according to the rules of the art(isanat), the house beers range from thirst-quenching lagers to beefier Triple ales, including one with Armagnac, whites, browns and other IPAs. As the season progresses, ephemeral beers are brewed according to the brewer's whim.
