Gault&Millau's review
Brewer Founded in 2012 by two brothers, Gilles and Stéphane, this house produces both beers and sodas. Conceived according to the rules of the art(isanat), the house's beers come in eight types. First, there are the tasting beers: "Ashmol" in white, "Pépiot" in brown, "Lagaille" in red and "Torchebugne" in brown. The "La Séquère" range includes the brand's classics: amber, brown, blond and white. Other creations will also be available from the brewery's partners, such as the "Pas Sage" in Seignosse and the "L'île du malt" cellar in Soorts-Hossegor.
