Valeska, Chilean by birth and Gascon by adoption, has found happiness on a farm in the Landes region, which she shares with her producer husband. And it's with great talent that she passes on the terroir of the South-West through her small business. Her typical dishes (veal axoa, pigeon salmis, lamprey à la bordelaise, foie gras and jars of vegetables) are appreciated by local gourmets.
