Bakery Assuming a deliberately premium positioning, this neo-baker claims to want to "rediscover the essence of the trade and do it with a strong ethical commitment". In concrete terms, this translates into a boutique accessible to people with reduced mobility, offering a living space (in the spirit of a coffee shop) where you can take the time to relax, and an authentic decor -regular customers say they feel a positive energy- that reflects the philosophy of the artisan and his team, who are as passionate as he is.
