Description
Bakery "I offer a bread with a crisp crust and a soft, melting crumb," enthuses Florent Rocher, who launched Pain Nature in 2023 after a career change. He could talk for hours about the making of his breads: "I'm committed to working with local and organic farmers and producers. Baking has become a passion for me. Here, it's 100% homemade, with organic and sourdough flours". The long fermentation process helps to develop aromas, preserve nutritional quality and ensure a long shelf life. A dozen breads are available by the slice, by the slice or by weight, including the famous Nieulais, a tasty, gourmet farmhouse loaf. Brioche with sourdough and honey, cookies, brownies, cakes, viennoiseries, financiers... also delight lovers of quality delicacies. Last but not least, a brand-new snacking area with fresh, crunchy sandwiches and salads made from local, seasonal ingredients is available to eat in or take away. Click and Collect available.
