Pastry Émilie and Yohann took over the bakery in 2023. Today, they are happy to have their loyal customers and to attract new ones. Every time you ask one of them, they tell you that taste makes all the difference here. From bread to cakes, the palate delights. Special breads have their fans: country, corn, Scandinavian, wholemeal and the famous Platine (white bread baked in a mold, soft and typical of the North). As for viennoiseries, you'll love the croissants and pains au chocolat, including the exclusive white chocolate one! O'Bout'Choux makes its own sourdough, using it in both its breads and viennoiseries. O'Bout'Choux wouldn't be O'Bout'Choux without Yohann's secret choux pastry. A pastry that makes éclairs, Paris-Brest and individual choux so successful. Our baker-patissier only works with local producers. For him, a tart must respect the natural fruit. Customers love his apple tarts with homemade compote. Another secret we invite you to try!
