Cheese dairy
At Carine and Olivier Timmerman's home in the Oise valley, the main specialty is manicamp, a local cheese that no longer exists and that these enthusiasts have decided to revive. They also offer fromage frais and fromage blanc (plain or with fruit), which they sell at local markets such as Chauny.
