Cheese dairy
Maroilles isn’t the only star among regional cheeses; Manicamp also has a place in the spotlight. This washed-rind cheese, which had disappeared in the 1960s, has been revived on this family farm thanks to milk from a herd of Normande cows. Tomme du Champ Pinot and P’tit Quierzy round out the selection sold at the farm, as well as at the markets in Chauny and Compiègne.
