Bakery
Giovanni Malécot's boulangerie salon de thé is more than just beautiful on the outside. Its gala bread, made from stone-ground organic French flours, is a favorite at the tables of many restaurants, and the pastries are the hallmark of a pro, having previously worked at Crouzil, the Bristol and Thomas Keller in New York. We're happy to indulge our sweet tooth with the creations of the moment: round, delicious tarts (lemon, pistachio, chocolate...), paris-brest, éclair, and we'll leave with farmhouse bread, spelt, cookies, kougelhopf and brioche under our arm.
