Eccentric, but well known, the house has a large following. Meticulously presented boxes known as "écrins", ganaches, pralines and all chocolate derivatives in inventive formats, such as "Saint-Malo oysters". In pretty orange boxes, you'll also find beggars, hazelnuts, almonds, sugared almonds, pink pralines... in addition to jams and spreads. And then there's the patisserie, with personal creations such as Nirvana lemon sorrel, or Quicagi quinoa carrot ginger..
