Butchery One, two and three generations of butchers in the family, and still the same idea of the trade. Our medal-winning rillauds, rillettes de Mamers, jambon de Paris and foie gras are at the top of our fresh produce range, alongside Alsatian sauerkraut. In the butcher's department, Label Rouge beef, French lamb and seasonal game products (pheasant, hare, venison, etc.), either cooked or ready-prepared (venison jig with grand veneur sauce, guinea fowl supreme à l'angevine or pork mignon marinated in honey, etc.) reveal a range of classic local products.
