A good central bakery, a simple display on trestles, to showcase a craft that doesn't play on appearances, but on the quality of its making, particularly of sourdough bread, in baguette or ball form. Also on offer are viennoiserie, braided brioche, croquants, shortbread, apple crumble and cinnamon tartlets, madeleines and brownies.
