As passionate about their craft as the chocolate-loving customers who visit them, Luc (for chocolate) and Aurélien (for patisserie) offer here, as at the Halles Cœur de Maine, their varied and tasty specialties: beautifully presented chocolate (bonbons, bars, a wide choice of origins...), fruit jellies, orangettes, "cœurs de noisette", bears, galettes, as well as cookies and cakes. Beautiful pastries, with or without chocolate, like the Sydney, vanilla and granny, or the Frisson, lemon yuzu red fruits. Other addresses in Cholet (150, rue Nationale) and Les Ponts-de-Cé (ZA de Sorges - 11, rue des Fresnayes).
