Fine grocery Les Ateliers du Moulin, founded in 1959 and handed down from father to son, is a regional landmark. Benoît and Jérôme Perez, grandsons of the founder, honor this heritage with commitment and talent: "Every day, we think of our father, Daniel Pérez. Almost single-handedly and by hand, he overcame the competition from industrial groups", they say with pride and tenderness. Because the brothers are pursuing this adventure of excellence, you're sure to enjoy the products of this renowned signature. Among the treasures is the incredibly tasty brandade de morue, copied many times but never equalled! The whole dried salted cod is steamed, then stripped by hand before being cooked with their exceptional olive oil. La Maison is also renowned for its anchoïade, tapenades, olives for aperitifs and its La Romaine olive oil, a wonderful blend of Picholine and Negrette du Gard.
