Fish shop
A lineage of fishermen proudly displaying 80 years of activity and a display that's not huge, but that insists on the freshness of fish with a brilliant eye and ear, and with the specificities of the region, small capelin, muge (mullet) or Gascon as it's called here, i.e. horse mackerel, or those superb galleys (squilles), resembling langoustines, typically Mediterranean. And, of course, all the classics and cephalopods at their best.
