Confectionery Paul Lopez is the nougat specialist from Auvergne and one of the few exclusive nougat creators, creating an infinite number of variations on the recipe with the taste and rigor of an enthusiast. His boutique showcases original, personal nougats, such as lavender honey, heather, roasted hazelnuts and dried blueberries, Sicilian pistachios and Damask rose petals, or heather honey, black sesame, dried pears and candied ginger.
