Roaster For fifteen years now, Sylvain Denis' coffee shop has been perfuming this gourmet street with the scent of coffee. The spirit is artisanal and traditional, with authentic, well-sourced coffees from Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Peru, Burundi, Ethiopia, Uganda and Papua New Guinea. There's also a catalog of teas, infusions and herbal teas.
