Le Four à Bois represents Rodolphe and Maryse's commitment to authentic products and good taste. Natural sourdough, flours from sustainable agriculture, light kneading of the dough, baking in the famous oven, in front of the customers, all the elements are brought together to make good bread. We liked the campagne and épeautre, both organic, and the long-life baguette Bleuette.
