Chocolate factory
Anne-Lise Signouret is a young independent chocolatier who found her vocation during a trip to Latin America. Based in the family home in Gap, which she has converted into a boutique-atelier, she has been making her chocolates since 2014: pure-origin ganaches scented with thyme, passion, bergamot, sage (from the adjoining garden) and other delicacies such as rochers, orangettes or gingembrettes (strips of ginger dipped in chocolate). New products are added regularly, with homemade ice creams arriving for the summer season. Customized chocolates on request. Anne-Lise is also committed to an eco-responsible approach, supporting plantations and the development of their food crops. The chocolate boxes are made from recycled cocoa pods.
