Wine merchant Robin and Théo Ferté have set up Le Cru Briacin in their home village of Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, just 100 meters from the beach and a stone's throw from the famous neighboring towns of Dinard and Saint-Malo, to promote fine nectars from France and abroad (Italy and Spain). A sommelier, Robin is particularly sensitive to the delicious notes of Burgundy wines, the region in which he embraced his viticultural training. All the regions of France are well represented here, and the two brothers are keen to select, often directly from producers and on allocation, genuine nuggets from confidential estates, a veritable voyage of flavors across France. Chouchen-type aperitifs, craft beers, ciders and spirits, mainly from Brittany, enrich the shelves of this exceptional cellar to satisfy the curiosity and taste buds of all gourmets. Robin will suggest wonderful food and wine pairings to make your festive meals unforgettable. Open daily in July and August.
