Fish shop
Gilles Guinemer's freshly prepared stall is worthy of the corsair town. Oysters and shellfish, spider crab and live langoustine, ready-made and made-to-measure platters, and prices that, even in the inner suburbs, don't resemble those in Paris (scallops at less than €5 a kilo), are an incentive to stock up on spray, with the fish of the moment: plaice, portioned sole, skate wing and pollack.
