Chocolate factory
Balthazar is a master of chocolate bars. The cocoa comes from Cuba, Sao Tomé, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia and Tanzania. Balthazar also offers a range of sweet treats, including "Bambino", a chocolate with a ganache of rum, flambéed angostura and a hint of hazelnut; or "Sous le Vent", with a ganache of buckwheat honey from Brittany.
