Description
Coffee shop A patisserie inside a bookshop: this is the concept developed in 2017 by Léa at the heart of the Canal BD-Tribulles bookshop, specializing in comics, comic books and Manga. The place is a warm, intergenerational space for meetings and exchanges, where workshops and signing sessions with authors are organized. Here, the young woman creates fabulous tarts based on the famous shortbread dough she developed herself, lightly enhanced with fleur de sel. All home-made pastries and viennoiseries are made fresh in the morning. On site in Le BouDoir or to take away, the pastry chef draws her inspiration from locally selected seasonal fruits, innovating according to her whims of the day. She suggests you accompany her delicacies with a wonderful Les Jardins de Gaïa® tea, a Reck® coffee, a fruit juice from Maison Patrick Font or a lightly sparkling organic fruity herb infusion from Maison Symples®. Delicate dishes that the epicurean takes great care to choose to surprise your taste buds.
