Butchery This historic butcher's shop was founded in 1923 in the Fonderie district. The house continues its good traditions, with a good supply of meats, pork from Alsace, suckling lamb from the Pyrenees and beef from the Territoire de Belfort; traditional regional charcuterie, and a good delicatessen section.
