Founded in 2017, the micro-roastery is one of these new, committed roasters, offering fine ranges of specialty coffees that are both ethical and high-end. You'll find cutting-edge, pure-origin beans and ground coffees from Rwanda, Brazil, Tanzania and Colombia, for example. The boutique also offers cold-brew coffee infusions.
