With passion and the help of her partner, Magalie, she introduces you to treasures selected from Savoyard producers, of course, but also from elsewhere. Her range of charcuteries and cheeses will comfort both your soul and your taste buds. In addition to cured meats (sausages, diots, Grisons meats), raw-milk raclette cheeses for year-round consumption and delicious Comté cheeses, Brigitte introduces you to rarer products such as Beaufort d'alpage and Bleu de Termignon, as well as pasteurized-milk cheeses for everyone's enjoyment. What's more, Brigitte is always happy to provide recipes. The old-fashioned kind! In autumn only, for example, you'll want to try her Pormoniers de Savoie - sausages made from pork shoulder, leeks and spinach - a rarity that she recommends cooking with the potatoes used for your homemade mashed potatoes! And to order, Brigitte and Magalie create charcuterie and/or cheese platters that will amaze your guests!
