Butchery Although it's hard to pass one another inside this narrow butcher's shop, you can still cut a flank (!) while waiting your turn, take a close look at the cuts on the counter and take your time choosing your dish: Landes chicken, ribeye, roast beef... all Maurice and Christophe Thiébot's products fit the bill.
