Yann Chantrelle remains true to his classic-original range, with his soft flans, his "Choungui" (whipped cream mousse, dark chocolate with menthol ganache, slightly iced in the mouth and soft), his chocolates, marshmallows... The breads and viennoiseries have nothing to be ashamed of in this well-turned-out range, quite the contrary.
