Cheese dairy Hugo, a sommelier-caviste by trade, and Emma, are a duo in town as in life! These epicureans with a passion for good things and beautiful products have taken over the cheese shop where they used to work, to continue to delight and bring to life the terroir. The careful selection of these ambassadors for the work of artisans is illustrated by the many cheese and wine references (mainly organic and Nature) at all prices and for all tastes, sourced directly from the producers they meet to understand their work and tell their story. The guiding principle is to offer high-quality products, from farmhouse cheeses to confidential wine estates, all accompanied by advice on how to find what you're looking for. This loyalty to the terroir and total commitment to quality are also reflected in the choice of raclettes offered in season, as well as in the small delicatessen section. Customized platters can also be made to order to accompany your events and delight your guests.
