Bakery A pretty boutique run with a crisp baguette. The Rhonalpin is well made, dense without being heavy, and can be savored. As for the viennoiseries, they're greedy and well buttered, with a croissant with good flakiness and a raisin loaf with carefully distributed ingredients. The dynamics are there for all to enjoy, with gourmet operations, homemade chocolate and fruit tarts that turn out beautifully.
