Butchery André Froment is a butcher who knows how to adapt to any situation. He was the youngest butcher to set up in Grenoble at the age of 24, in 1984, and expanded his business by opening next to a shopping center in '91: a gamble he won, with a team that has grown in the space of just a few years. Fine products (organic Charolais beef and Label Rouge veal), regional specialties (Royans ravioles, caillettes, Murçon...) and a different catering dish every day. Becoming a Compagnon du Goût in 2009 was an obvious choice and a logical recognition for his customers.
