Anthony Bosson has been a Compagnon du Devoir since the age of 14, and to perfect his training, he visited a number of bakeries before setting up in Paris with his wife. And it's with passion that he and his team now create a traditional range of carefully-crafted products. Twenty or so traditional liquid sourdough breads; chestnut honey breads, wholemeal flour; organic buckwheat breads; flaky croissants and pastries to match, simple and full of flavor. Three other boutiques in the 5th, 13th and now 12th arrondissements.
