Christian Voiriot is a classicist who follows his customers' tastes. He offers an interesting range of organic breads, ordinary long-fermented baguettes and traditional breads. Brioche aux cranberries worked like a palm-shaped puff pastry, airy viennoiseries... He brings back up to date forgotten standards, mont-blanc, chiboust, tea and chocolate entremets, but also pâté lorrain. A small, discreet store that's a delight.
