Laurent Duchêne offers his compositions for a tasty waltz in a pretty, listed boutique. His breads have the good taste of home-made products. The "Perle de Sicile" (cabbage with pistachio cream, gianduja chantilly and crunchy shortbread-hazelnut), the "Ruby", the "Ambroisie" or the seasonal millefeuille (strawberry-lemon in summer and praline-lemon in winter) all confirm his straightforward flavors and well thought-out pairings...
