Gault&Millau's review
Pastry KL as in Kévin Lacote, a signature chef who started out after several years working with Yannick Alleno at Le Kilimandjaro and Stay. It's in a boutique with a refined design, behind a bay window, that this excellent technician works in a range of very successful compositions. A lot of finesse, in flavors that are both discreet and straightforward. The lemon tart, the tatin-apple solognote or the cheese-cake tart with vanilla, candied pineapple and coconut dacquoise are just some of the creations that particularly appealed to us, among a range as qualitative as it is homogeneous. Opened in autumn 2016, KL is already a must.
