Cheese dairy In his pretty delicatessen and cheese shop, housed in an old farmhouse with a parking lot, Nicolas Guestin kindly shares his passion for gastronomy and his taste for others. He loves telling stories, from the fields and pastures to the plate, with products selected directly from small producers. What's more, this defender of culinary heritage regularly brings you new products. Among the nuggets is his range of perfectly ripened raw-milk farmhouse cheeses from all over the world. He arranges them into attractive boards for your aperitifs or events. These also include 100% natural Pyrenean charcuterie and crudités. And, to delight gourmets, he has put together a range of local artisanal products, including incredible jams from the cauldron, chips from a unique farmer, and organic beers, ciders and apple juices. At Nicolas, all the delicacies are in line with his quality standards, and his welcome is synonymous with pleasant moments of sharing.
