Mr. and Mrs. Lepine own some show animals. This butcher-slaughterer chooses them on the hoof, and with an expert eye, selects the best to offer a wide range of flavors. They all come from the region, including lamb, pork and poultry. The charcuterie is homemade, and we'd like to mention the specialties made by the team: boudin blanc and the traditional potjevleesch du Nord.
