Jam maker
Tea Together is a range of home-made jams, prepared in the purest tradition. The classic apricot, strawberry and orange jams are made with certified organic whole fruit, with no additives or colorants, and the brand's more specific flavors include "La British", a lemon and earl grey marmalade, and "La Népalaise", a pineapple and timut pepper jam. Nick and Judith Gifford were behind the project, 100 miles from their business and home, and it's now the family's eldest son, Eli, who is in charge of production. Tea Together has become a benchmark in luxury hospitality.
