Confectionery Jean-Yves Matifas is a craftsman who makes life sweet. The confectioner every child dreams of... He makes his berlingots, stretching the dough into multicolored strips in front of his customers, cut out with a chisel... strawberry, pear flambé, speculoos or pomme tatin with calvados (which ends with a bite of candied apple) are prepared according to a tried and tested experience spanning four generations. A small revolution for the palate (!) with the "Succès Drink", a new way of tasting berlingots which consists of placing a filament in a glass and drowning it under a dose of alcohol or sparkling water before consumption.
