Confectionery Jean-Yves Matifas is a craftsman who makes life sweet. The confectioner every little child dreams of... He makes his berlingots, stretching the colored dough into multicolored bands in front of his customers, cut out with a chisel... Strawberry, pear flambé, speculoos or pomme tatin with calvados (which ends with a bite of candied apple) are prepared in the traditional way, following a tried and tested experience that goes back 4 generations, and eaten in the same way. A small revolution for the palate (!) with the Succès Drink, which consists of placing a filament of berlingot in a glass and drowning it in a dose of alcohol or sparkling water before consumption.
