Description
Bakery Bread may be a simple product in its composition, but mastering it requires particular rigor and integrity. Frédérick Cuny, an experienced young baker, has had these qualities in place since September 2023 in Thaon-les-Vosges. The reputation of his bakery, ideally located in the town center, is growing fast. Frédérick Cuny selects and manufactures his own flours in collaboration with Moulin Janot in Savigny, Lorraine. No additives or improvers are included in his list of ingredients. This epicurean makes a point of using the know-how of other local artisans to create his products, including Galette des Sens and Panier de Maryse. On Saturdays, during his workshops, the baker includes a discovery tour of one or more local artisans. A philosophy of sharing for an authentic bakery with traditional products, a must-see! Open Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 7pm. Saturday morning workshops from 8am to noon.
