Gault&Millau's review

Roaster Cafés Canton is a family business that has been roasting coffee since 1921. The company's longevity and success today enable it to sell almost 100 tonnes of coffee a year, which it distributes to over 500 bars and restaurants in the region. Individuals are also lucky enough to be able to buy this coffee, in bean or ground form, by visiting the boutique-atelier, where they can discover the manufacturing process at the same time. Beautiful espresso machines are also on sale, at all prices.
