All butchered meat is exclusively French, from animals guaranteed to be "born, raised and slaughtered in France", for flawless traceability. Charcuterie products are made on the premises: oxtail terrine, rillettes with lemon zest and Guérande salt, sausages... The company also offers an online ordering service, with delivery within 48 hours: foie gras macaroons, highly prized for the festive season, or, more traditionally, beef bourguignon and veal blanquette.
