Marc Chaloin in Puyméras represents the 4th generation of chocolate makers. His workshop is bursting with good things, prepared with quality products, like Bruno Villar's honey, which he prepares according to a recipe developed jointly by these two taste specialists, following the recommendations of the beekeeper-harvester. The almonds are from Provence, the local honey "made in Villar". Chaloin" know-how puts the finishing touches to the preparation. For Marc Chaloin, working with chocolate remains his most important activity. He pays particular attention to the origins of his chocolate, to its growers and suppliers, and to his creations. He's a man of experience.
