Gault&Millau's review

Cheese dairy Josiane Déal, Provence's cheese queen, has handed over the reins to Romain Dumond, whom she trained very well. He continues to present one of the region's finest displays in this dapper downtown boutique. A sharp, varied selection, impeccable maturing and largely unchanged quality. Also a selection of wines from the Vaucluse, Drôme and Ardèche regions.
