At the bottom of the Bizipoz building, Ciboure's famous restaurateur (13.5 2 toques) has set up a catering boutique to showcase regional products and some of the restaurant's classics: ttoro, txangurro, chipirons à l'encre, pâté en croûte, accompany appetizing salad bowls: brandade de morue, piquillos et champignons, salmon à l'oseille, gratins, leg of lamb, chipirons à l'encre, stuffed veal breast.
