An extension of the Hotel Arraya in Sare, this stall in the halles of Saint-Jean-de-Luz promotes local produce through a range of regional products, in particular Sébastien Fagoaga's Basque cakes. The small, colorful stand also offers shortbread and jams, to further extend the regional experience.
