Description
Rotisserie Push open the door of this family-run charcuterie and you'll be won over by the taste of its products. Cyril Carloux invites you to discover his pâtés, sausages, boudins and andouillettes, which he makes with an eye to quality and the preservation of traditional know-how: "I make my andouillette by hand, which is rare these days! My black pudding is made naturally, so as not to denature the product". This enthusiast, who took over the running of the house from his parents in 2019, also likes to innovate. He has added entremets to his menu for a variety of gourmet starters that are as beautiful as they are good: revisited mimosa eggs, little goat kids with goat's cheese, mille-crêpes, garnished avocado, salmon shells... Every 15 days, a ready-made dish delights customers at weekends. "I like to listen to customers and advise them. I inform them by SMS of future dishes to anticipate reservations", explains the manager, who also offers a catering service for private events of up to 100 people.
