Brewer
After rolling his hump in breweries across the Channel, Craig Allan finally set up his own brewery in France in 2015. With the patience of a perfectionist, he develops interesting recipes that have given rise to the beers "Agent Provocateur" or "Psychedelia", but also "La (Saint) Jean", dry and rustic, Belgian farmhouse beer style, with spicy and fruity notes. Light and refreshing, it's a great success.
