Brewer After rolling his hump in breweries across the Channel, Craig Allan finally set up his own brewery in France in 2015. With the patience of a perfectionist, he crafts interesting recipes that have produced Agent Provocateur or Psychedelia, but also Saint Jean, a dry, rustic Belgian farmhouse ale style with spicy, fruity notes. Light and refreshing, it's a great success.
