Description
Chocolate factory David Chorot, artisan patissier-chocolatier-glacier, has created a new summer range of "increasingly icy" ice creams. Faithful to his demand for quality, both in terms of raw materials and the execution of the art of his craft, he makes his ice creams from farm milk and offers flavors such as walnut, Génépi and Chartreuse. Quite original! From the store, customers can watch David make his chocolate bars and bonbons, without preservatives or artificial flavoring. Among them, his ganaches with black truffle (tuber melanosporum), Nyons olive oil and Drôme almonds coated in dark chocolate are a big hit. These creations can be enjoyed on their own, or with a glass of wine for the truffle chocolates, or rosé champagne for the chestnut chocolates. As a regular exhibitor at gastronomic fairs, we recommend that you call him before you visit, and that you order his pastries and ice-cream logs a few days in advance.
