Chocolate factory
Chocolatiers who roast cocoa beans are rare, and the Bonnat family is one of them, operating in Voiron in the purest family tradition. The first store was opened in 1884 by a certain Félix B., and since then the Bonnat collection has taken up ancestral recipes as well as new ones: Vinay praliné with walnut chips, Breizh caramel beurre salé, Kruguette candied orange or Truffe au chocolat accompany the great cocoa vintages.
