Chocolate factory Chocolatiers who roast cocoa beans are rare, and the Bonnat family is one of them. The operation takes place in Voiron in the purest family tradition. The first store was opened in 1884 by a certain Félix B., and since then, the Bonnat connection has taken up ancestral recipes as well as new ones: Vinay praliné with walnut chips; Breizh salted butter caramel; Kruguette candied orange or Truffe au chocolat accompany the great cocoa vintages.
