Roaster The reputation of the Brûlerie des Alpes rightly extends beyond the famous mountains. The company, which has been in business since 1926, burns beans in its eternal "loco" from the 1930s: the Devigne et Janin roaster. Arabicas from all over the world pile up to flourish here, led by Moka Harrar, Malabar from India, Blue Mountain and Kopi Luwac. Most of these coffees are also available for tasting on site, alongside the hundred or so varieties of loose tea, and superb coffee machines for private customers.
